Receiving Process

STEP 1

Incoming goods, manual tally, consolidate pallet;

STEP 2

The PDA operates inbound storage, the IWMS system allocates storage positions according to the goods and connects with the U-bot scheduling system RMS to generate inbound transfer tasks;

STEP 3

U-bot scheduling system RMS schedules idle U-bots to go to the inbound position to transfer the inbound goods;

STEP 4

U-bot transfers the inbound goods to the designated cargo position;

STEP 5

U-bot mission completed, report of goods in position, IWMS system updates information on storage positions in the rack storage area, U-bot recharges or waits for the next mission.

Dispatch Process

STEP 1

According to the information of outbound order, IWMS system generates outbound task;

STEP 2

U-bot scheduling system RMS schedules the idle U-bot to go to the storage point of the outbound goods to take out the goods;

STEP 3

U-bot carries out the goods to the outbound cache placement point, the task is completed, feedbacks the outbound goods in place information, U-bot recharges or waits for the next task, and the IWMS system updates the information about the storage space in the storage area.
