The Advantages of R-bot+H-bot dense storage system

R-bot dense storage system, using R-bot four-way shuttle and H-bot high-speed elevator horizontal and vertical combination of operations, combined with PTP smart warehousing software, to achieve the maximum degree of dense storage, space utilization rate is very high. The system is not restricted by fixed routes and can reach any position in the space. It can also flexibly increase or decrease the number of four-way shuttles according to the business requirements, and can be flexibly matched with conveyor lines and AMR to complete the rapid in and out of the warehouse.

In Action

Receiving Process

STEP 1

The palletised materials are sent to the inbound port by forklift, and the materials are requested to the WMS system for warehousing after the materials have passed the shape inspection, code scanning and other equipment to check the information and inspection;

STEP 2

Materials that meet the qualifications for inbound delivery are sent by the conveyor system to the elevator, which then transports the materials to the pick-up conveyor line on the specified floor to wait for the four-way shuttle to pick up the materials;

STEP 3

The four-way shuttle travels from the standby point to the connecting conveyor line, jacks up and transports the materials to the designated position, and feeds back to the upper level information system, and the backend system updates the inventory information in real time.

Dispatch Process

STEP 1

According to the order or warehouse plan, WMS sends out the warehouse task instruction, and WCS system schedules the four-way shuttle;

STEP 2

The four-way shuttle receives the order to leave the warehouse and drives from the standby point to the designated storage position to lift the goods out and place them at the front end of the elevator to connect the conveyor line;

STEP 3

The goods enter the elevator through the conveyor, and the elevating and conveying equipment automatically transports the materials to the outbound port, and waits for the forklift to transport the materials to the designated place for the whole pallet to be taken out of the warehouse;

STEP 4

After the forklift picks up the material from the conveyor line at the outbound port, the background system updates the inventory information in real time.
