The standard interface of the system can be docked with various software systems such as ERP, MES, SAP, etc. It supports different types of automation equipments in 3D warehouse, including film-wrapping machine, de-palletising, robotic hand, AGV, etc. The data is interoperable, which improves the smoothness of operation.

Intelligent Warehouse Execution System

A highly efficient warehouse execution system designed for automated order processing. It adopts modular architecture, flexibly connects various containers, robots and workstations, and realises intelligent operations such as material access, handling, picking and sorting. The system can automatically identify the operating characteristics of automated and flat warehouses and the operating status of the equipment, select the most appropriate storage strategy, fully schedule the equipment, and improve the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.

Intelligent Equipment Cooperative Scheduling System

It is a scheduling system that performs automated task decomposition and multi-equipment co-operation. Through the core algorithm, it transforms the handling of pallets, sorting and picking of materials into the collaborative process of various robots, and maximises operational efficiency by intelligently scheduling the equipment control process. At the same time, the system is configured with storage management and job monitoring, automatically matching available equipment to achieve optimal scheduling of the global equipment layer in terms of efficiency, stability and safety.

Intelligent Equipment Management System

Built-in multiple robots are dispatched in the same field, using the vehicle’s spatial model conflict detection algorithms to implement the vehicle’s logic of vehicle following, congestion detection, deadlock avoidance, obstacle avoidance, etc., and using the time-window thermal algorithms to predict the vehicle’s position in the spatial and temporal dimensions, carry out optimal path planning, and intelligent charging to realise efficient multi-vehicle operation.
